Adobe Premiere Pro CC – In-Depth Review
Adobe Premiere Pro CC is the first computer-based NLE (nonlinear editing) created by Adobe Systems. It is a timeline-based video editing program that is part of the Adobe Creative Suite. It can be used for video editing and animation as well as graphics design and web development. It’s cross-platform software and compatible with Windows, Mac, Linux. You can continue working on your PC, MAC, and phone.
Adobe Premiere Pro is a leader in video editing. It is highly used by professionals in video editing, including TV and film productions. Deadpool, Gone Girl, and Mind Hunter are just a few examples.
Premiere Pro can be overwhelming for some users. Unlike Final Cut Pro, where you have to hide the controls, Premiere Pro simply puts everything right in front of your eyes. But don’t be discouraged, it’s not as difficult as you might imagine.
Adobe Premiere Pro offers a variety of workspace options (see below). These workspaces can be customized to suit your needs. Any panel can be moved. For example, you can move the timeline in the upper left corner. You can also scale it to make it larger or smaller. You can drag the timeline onto a second monitor if your workstation has one. You can choose to close the ones you don’t use and bring out the things you do. You can save your workspace (Window – Workspaces Save as New Workspace), and then load it whenever you like.

Timeline –This will be your workspace. It supports multiple audio and video tracks. Here you will arrange your clips and make adjustments.
ProjectThis is where you’ll import and organize all your files.

Source MonitorThis is where you’ll see a preview of your files. Double-click on the file to preview it, and then press play or spacebar.
Program MonitorThis gives you an instant preview of your edits.

Effects ControlsAll control settings for any property will be available, including color adjustments, video effects, and effects on graphics.
Lumetric Color (Color Workspace)– Allows for accurate color grading as well as cinematic color styling. You can select from different drop-down menus to adjust the white balance and tone. The Creative tab also offers filters. There are many options available that you can tweak to your liking via the curves and color wheel.
Essential Graphics (Graphic Workspace). This will allow you to access premade templates for title animations and motion graphics. Search for animations using keywords or browse the Adobe Stock to find paid and free options. Double-click on the image to see a preview and then move your cursor over the item. They can all be customized in Premiere Pro using simple controls. Drag and drop to put them in use.
Essential sounds (Audio Workspace – The Essential Sound panel allows users to categorize audio clips. This panel simplifies your audio workflow by allowing you to mix dialogue, music, sound effects, and ambient sounds. Preset audio edits can be assigned to improve volume and clarity. The Essential Sound Panel allows you to browse, search, and download thousands of royalty-free music tracks. You can filter your search by Mood and Genre, Tempo, and Duration. You can choose whether you want to use Vocal or not.
Click on the Windows menu to explore other panels. Premiere Pro offers around 30 panels that you can use. Adobe Premiere Pro offers this.
