Go to PC’s desktop>>> right-click on any empty space>>>Select Display Settings.

Once you get the list, scroll to Multiple Displays>>>Detect.

When you are using the wireless monitor, click Connect and do this to the wireless display that you will find under Multiple Displays.

The wireless monitor can be used to connect to a PC or mobile device that has Miracast capability. The Wi-Fi direct interface will allow you to display the image on the monitor. 

It can be used to extend the desktop or duplicate it wirelessly to your monitor, and to connect to your mobile device via dual cast via Wi-Fi.

Clicking the icon will identify the menu, you can also select the order of the monitors. Next, the windows will display numbers 1 through 2 on their screen. 

In case you want the PC to be the primary screen, you have to go back to the multiple display section and check the box for “make this my main display.”

This can also be done by using the device to serve as a primary monitor.

It is important to remember that only the main screen (or primary) will display the Taskbar, start menu, clock, and other applications. You will need to follow this sequence if you wish to have them on both screens.

Windows > Taskbar > properties > show Taskbar on all displays.

You have to make adjustments to the screen orientation and resolution according to your preferences and save them by selecting keep changes.

Windows 8 & 7 Dual Monitors

Connect the monitor and PC>>> Press Windows Key+P.

Now choose from- Computer only, Duplicate, Extend, and Projector only.

Right-click on desktop >>> select Screen Resolution.

Click Multiple displays >>> select Duplicate / Extend. This customization allows you to get the same image on both displays/extend the desktop across multiple devices. If you are unable to see them on the monitor, click Detect.

The displays must match. If you find that the displays are different, you can model them by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting Display Settings. Select >>>rearrange this location >>>match the orientation. Drag rectangles to create the lineup. 

Method 2. Use an HDMI splitter

An HDMI splitter can be used to send the same signal to multiple displays. The splitter is not recommended if you need the displays to show different things. 

Modern desktop computers can support the same display feature. However, one display can be used as a standard, so you will need an external display. With the help of a USB cable or Thunderbolt, you can add another display.
